Nordiko Technical Services Limited delivers World Class broad ion beam technology for thin film process applications. These products are available integrated within our parent company’s CANON ANELVA CORPORATION portfolio of production machines, and within our own systems.

In addition to our ion beam technology Nordiko builds a range of more conventional sputtering systems; available as modules for RD&I, with or without vacuum load locks. All process modules may be integrated with wafer handling platforms for cassette to cassette operation to achieve higher throughput.
